Etiquette; taking turns, be polite, scream board when there’s a stray headed towards someone.

Be supportive of all skater levels, from experts to beginners, encourage positive reinforcement upon meeting goals.

Make new friends. Strengthen your existing friendships and try to make some new ones. Though skateboarding is an individual sport, that doesn’t mean you should keep to yourself. At the skatepark, social interaction is key. Self discipline. Push yourself by learning at your own pace. Improvement happens when you really want it to. Have fun. Everyone is there for the same reason. Enjoy your craft

Danny Fuenzalida is a pro skateboarder who has dedicated his life  to pushing the limits of skateboarding forward. Danny has been promoting skateboarding in Miami for over 10 years and he is one of leaders of the local skateboard community. As and advocate for skateboarding education and mentorship, Danny and his partners created Skate Free Org and Lot 11 Lessons to teach skating to kids and give the skaters of Miami,FL a place they can call their own. The idea of instructing for skateboarders, isn’t just to make great skateboarders. It’s to show there’s more to skateboarding, a social aspect, etiquette, and respect for your peers. Also the main goal is to keep it fun.
